How about an UNSTACK option for items in your hangar... that way you could unstack those 8 guns, select them all then hit fit to ship. Of course if you unstacked 20 or 200 instead it's real simple afterwords to restack everything in the hangar.

Actually a large enough and properly motivated corp or alliance could take over a high sec system within the current game mechanics. Just wardec the permanent residents of the system and gank the rest. Might be fun.

I think the sec status penalty should be tied to the security level of the system the aggression takes place in... such that .4 would be less than .5, .3 less than .4 and so on until you get the 0.0 where it is zero.

PLEX do not need to be moved to be used. Once they are in the game in your hangar, they are your in game assets and you can do whatever you wish to them. You can throw them away, use them, sell them or try undocking with them in your hold ... yo...
